Our Story

We started Cup of Flags out of a simple but powerful need: to express empathy and solidarity through everyday objects. As friends who care deeply about social justice and unity, we felt something was missing in our daily lives – a way to visibly show support for all people, regardless of skin color or religion. One day, over a cup of coffee, we realized that the humble mug could be more than just a container for our morning brew – it could carry a message and even spark a conversation. That’s how our mission was born: to turn ordinary cups into symbols of compassion and togetherness.

Our Mission

We come from different backgrounds, and we’ve seen how important it is to feel seen and supported. That’s why our designs celebrate the diversity of our world – from vibrant African national flags and bold Pan-African designs to heartfelt pro-Palestinian messages of solidarity. Each mug we create is simple but meaningful, designed to let you sip your coffee or tea with pride and purpose. When you hold one of our cups, you’re holding more than a mug; you’re holding a statement of love, respect, and support for others.
